All intellectual property rights in the Dashboard design, code, and user interface belong to Tamuwa Limited. Operational data displayed in the Dashboard remains proprietary to Tamuwa Limited until such time as credits are transferred to you through an official purchase agreement or certificate.
The data and information provided through the Dashboard are for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information displayed. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between data shown in the Dashboard and official purchase agreements or certificates, the terms of the official purchase agreements or certificates shall prevail.
Tamuwa Limited reserves the right to update, modify, or correct data in the Dashboard at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Tamuwa Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Dashboard, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Kenyan law.
Tamuwa Limited reserves the right to revoke or suspend your access to the Dashboard at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
